I set up this blog to share interior design, travel and lifestyle inspiration for simple, relaxed living at home and beyond. You’ll find home tours, advice and tips, interviews, reviews, postcards from places I love and more – always with a focus on minimalism, muted colours and timeless, considered design.

Her deep roots in the Lowcountry shine through in her work, blending coastal charm with intentional, personalized design. From the very beginning, it was clear this was more than a passing interest. As she shares, “I found a notebook from when I was 12… full of vendors, bouquets, and timelines,” a glimpse into a lifelong passion that would one day grow into a thriving wedding planning business.

For Annie, weddings are more than beautifully styled days. They are sacred, joy-filled moments where stories, families, and faith often come together. “There’s nothing like watching two people step into forever surrounded by the people they love,” she says. “It never gets old.” Her passion lies in walking alongside couples through every step of the journey, helping them feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. From the smallest details to the biggest decisions, Annie approaches each wedding with intention and heart.

After studying at the University of South Carolina and gaining experience through travel and life in different cities, Annie returned to Hilton Head with a renewed vision. “This is home,” she explains. “And I love getting to create something special for people in a place that means so much to me.”

Outside of weddings, Annie’s heart for people extends to her family and the non-profit her parents co-founded, Pockets full of Sunshine, which supports adults with special needs. That same compassion and joy are woven into everything she does. “At the end of the day, it’s about people,” Annie shares. “Celebrating them, supporting them, and creating moments they’ll carry with them forever.”

Her clients often describe her as both a steady guide and a calming presence, someone who brings clarity and peace to what can feel like an overwhelming process. Annie has a gift for turning visions into reality while keeping the experience joyful along the way. “I want my couples to actually enjoy this season. It should feel exciting, not stressful.” With her thoughtful approach and genuine care, Annie ensures every couple feels supported from the first conversation to the final sendoff, creating weddings that are not only beautiful, but deeply meaningful.
