Q: HOW DID YOU COME TO THE LOWCOUNTRY?

My earliest memories of Hilton Head Island begin with a long car ride from Lititz, Pennsylvania—my parents, a childhood friend, and our black Labrador, Pepper, all packed in and heading south after sunset. We would arrive a day later—tired, a little grumpy, but filled with anticipation.

And then…we would cross the bridge.

I can still picture it—the light dancing on the water, the quiet, untouched beauty of the Island. Even as a child, it felt different. Special. Like we had arrived somewhere we were meant to be – like coming home.

Q: WHAT INSPIRES YOUR PASSION FOR SELLING REAL ESTATE IN THIS BEAUTIFUL REGION?

The beauty of the Lowcountry never left me. I returned in 2007 to the opportunity to share this place with others. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping someone discover not just a home, but a lifestyle. My role is to listen, guide, and help my clients truly see themselves here—becoming part of the fabric of the Lowcountry. Because in the end, it’s never just about real estate. It’s about helping people find their place in a setting that feels both extraordinary and, at the same time, like home. That’s what has shaped my approach: local knowledge, trusted experience, and a commitment to exceptional results.

Q: WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I love taking our dogs for a run on the beach, heading out on the boat to spot dolphins and explore the Lowcountry from the water, catching football on Sundays at a local spot, or simply unwinding in the evening as the sky softens into sunset over the water from our dock.
