Inspired by her love for cooking, entertaining, and kitchen design, Brantley brings a personal touch to every client experience. From the moment customers walk into one of their showrooms to final installation, her team is committed to making the process seamless. “Our customer service and amazing team here at BWA” are what truly set them apart, she shares, emphasizing the importance of guiding each customer through selections that fit both their vision and their budget.
Like many local businesses, BWA has faced the growing challenge of competing with online retailers. But for Brantley, the answer has always been simple. Lean into what online cannot offer, which is expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care. It is a philosophy that continues to earn the trust of generations of customers.
Family also plays a meaningful role in her journey. After purchasing the business in 2015, Brantley found unwavering support from her sons, and now her son Will, has joined the BWA team, whose amazing talent and enthusiasm have brought new energy to the business.
As for the future, “I’ve always told my team, let’s just keep doing what we do best and the rest will fall into place.”
Deeply rooted in the community she grew up in, Brantley is passionate about giving back and supporting multiple local organizations every year.
