I set up this blog to share interior design, travel and lifestyle inspiration for simple, relaxed living at home and beyond. As part of a family-owned company that has grown from a single location in 1978 to more than 50 across eight states, Carla plays a key role in delivering a personalized, service-driven experience that sets Cregger apart.

 

Drawn to the industry by her love for home design, Carla describes decorative plumbing as “jewelry for the home,” where beauty meets everyday function. Her approach blends technical knowledge with an eye for aesthetics, allowing her to guide clients with confidence through what can often feel like an overwhelming process. “My customer. 100%,” she says when asked what she loves most about her work—an answer that reflects her deep commitment to relationships.

 

Like many in the industry, Carla has faced the growing challenge of online competition. “The internet has been the greatest challenge,” she explains, noting that while professionals understand the value of service and expertise, not all homeowners immediately do. That’s where Cregger stands out—offering real guidance,accountability, and a hands-on experience that online retailers simply can’t match.

 

Leaving a stable company to join a “zero market share” underdog was a bold risk—but after six years in the business, that’s what Carla did. “Joining the Cregger Company family was the best decision I’ve made. It gave me the tools and support to deliver an exceptional experience for my customers—and ultimately, to help lead in the market.” Carla stated.

 

At the end of the day, her goal is simple: “The only thing I really want…is for the customer to want to do business with me and the Cregger Team again. That is the highest compliment we can receive.”
