I set up this blog to share interior design, travel and lifestyle inspiration for simple, relaxed living at home and beyond. You’ll find home tours, advice and tips, interviews, reviews, postcards from places I love and more – always with a focus on minimalism, muted colours and timeless, considered design.

With an artist’s intuition and a perfectionist’s precision, Charlene transforms framing into an art form of its own.

After moving from Vail, Colorado, she launched Four Corners in 1998, growing it from a home-based studio into one of the Lowcountry’s most respected galleries. Her passion lies in connecting people with pieces that move them—“matching art and artist together,” as she puts it. Whether she’s designing the perfect frame or mentoring emerging talent, Charlene’s approach is rooted in honesty, creativity, and care. Beyond her gallery walls, she’s helped shape Bluffton’s vibrant arts scene, co-founding the Bluffton Arts District and the Spring Arts Festival. For Charlene, every frame tells a story—and every story deserves to be beautifully seen.
