Deb Durrant, owner of Moor Spa Hilton Head, has built more than a day spa, she has created a sanctuary for our local community that evolved from her nearly three decades of hands-on healing experience. Blending traditional European and Eastern therapies with modern techniques, her approach is both holistic and deeply personal, offering guests a place to truly unwind and restore balance.

Durrant’s journey began as a licensed massage therapist, where she worked across medical clinics, lymphedema therapy, high-end spas, and sports massage. Early in her career, a pivotal experience introduced her to Moor Therapy, using therapeutic mud from Austria to reduce inflammation naturally. That discovery shaped her philosophy and ultimately led to the creation of Moor Spa Hilton Head, a space where natural healing and intentional care come together.

For many people, spa services are seen as a luxury rather than a meaningful part of their overall wellness, and often they don’t realize how impactful these treatments can be until they experience them for themselves.”
