Q: HOW DID YOU COME TO THE LOWCOUNTRY?

My connection to Hilton Head Island began long before I lived here full time. In 1965, my parents honeymooned on South Forest Beach and immediately fell in love with the island. From that point forward, our family spent summers here, and those early experiences created a lasting bond.

That connection became more permanent when my grandparents retired to Hilton Head, and I transferred to Hilton Head Prep for my senior year. After college and a decade away, I returned in 1997. Not long after, I met my husband, David, who had also been drawn here after college. We shared a deep appreciation for the outdoors, the lifestyle, and the community—and it became the place where we built both our business and our family, raising our three children.

Q: WHAT INSPIRES YOUR PASSION FOR SELLING REAL ESTATE IN THIS BEAUTIFUL REGION?

It is the seamless blend of landscape and lifestyle. The Lowcountry’s natural beauty is undeniable, but it is the character of the community that truly defines it. Hilton Head attracts those seeking something more – balance, connection, and a refined coastal lifestyle. Guiding clients as they discover or deepen that connection is a privilege. Real estate here is about curating a way of living, guiding people toward a lifestyle that reflects what matters most to them.

Q: WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING OUTSIDE OF WORK?

We fully embrace the outdoor, coastal lifestyle that defines this area. Much of our time is spent on the water—boating, paddleboarding, or enjoying the beach with family and friends. On land, we enjoy cycling the island’s scenic pathways, exploring the natural beauty of Pinckney Island, and spending time painting the coast, which offers endless inspiration.
